Organizational Monitor

The Organizational Fitnesstest is a snapshot of the organizational fitness. If we create a fitness-snapshot every night and send a mail to the responsible line management if overdue process steps exist in their area of responsibility, we create a feedback loop with an alarming system. This is a perfect way to stabilize your organizations’ processes while offloading your management from any unnecessary work, because they are only alarmed if they need to act.

With conventional KPI based systems, managers have to actively look to the KPIs and decide whether they have to act. Many of these systems are not used during a long time.

The Organizational Monitor is based on SAP’s Solution Manager. No additional software or licenses are necessary.
