Independent Advisor and Second Opinion

Before the project start

Clear project goals and Management Involvement are the two main success factors of any ERP project. Projects with challenging goals usually du not cost more, but have a higher return.

Coaching in this phase can pay a high dividend.

During the project

The existence of ERP expertise on the level of the steering board can change the behavior of the project management or the external consultants. Often, proposals to the board are more mature and so discussions can get  deeper.

Expertise in this phase reduces the risk of shortcuts and of budget overruns.

During Operations

If your organizational structure or your processes changed considerably over time or your strategy shows an integration need for the future it is a good point in time to ask an external expert for an ERP review.

The independent point of view can open the discussion or can reduce friction between business and IT.
